1. Services

Silver Grain Film Lab provides 35mm colour film (C41) developing and scanning services. All services are subject to availability and our standard processing times.

2. Payment

Payment must be completed before processing begins. We accept online payments through our secure checkout system.

3. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from when we receive your film. This is an estimate and may vary during busy periods.

4. Film Handling

While we take great care with all film, we are not responsible for damage to film caused by manufacturing defects, age, or improper storage before submission.

5. Digital Files

Digital scans are delivered via secure download link. Links remain active for 30 days. Please backup your files promptly.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only use your contact information for order processing and customer service.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only available if we are unable to complete your order due to technical issues.
